Got rid of this old boom box and this desk lamp. They went to happy Freecycle homes.

Dresser

The dresser in the guest room had to go. It went for $125 on Craigslist. Of course, I had to deal with the usual CL annoyance of people who were interested in the posting either changing their mind, canceling at the last minute, or just not showing up. But I guess that's the nature of Craigslist.

My sister's first day of school dress and baby picture

This is the dress my little sister work on the first day of school. I took her shopping and bought the dress for her. Now, I'm shipping it off to her.

I'm also sending along her baby picture.

Glutton glass

This is my sister's. My father called these ""glutton glasses." I took it home with a drink this summer. And it finally went back where it belongs.

Mom's wedding dress

Starting with a tough one. Mom's wedding dress. But it's going to a good place. Before my mom wore the dress, her older sister wore it. So it's going to her family. Which makes it much easier to part with. It's packaged up and in the car. I'll be at the UPS store on Monday.
